Became a garbage man after high school and began to dream big about become a disc jockey. He dreamed big, believed it would happen and was prepared for opportunity. The rest is history.
The man famous for Rocky was one a struggling writer and failed as an actor. He was broke more often than not, his marriage failed as a result. It took Stallone three days to write the first draft of Rocky and was offered $350,000. At the time he only had $106 in the bank. He held onto his dream and refused to sell unless he had the lead roll. It won best picture in 1977 and Stallone would go on to become one the most successful actors of our time.
